At Something Different Gift Shop, we want you to love your unique finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original gift packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gifts, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
